PLEASE READ TERMS AND DETAILS IN ITS ENTIRETY. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, PLEASE ASK. Terms & Condition 2021-2026. UPDATED JUNE 2026.  Please note my rates, contract and PDF are copyrighted and private information. 

By hiring me for your photo shoot and making deposit, you agree to terms below. PLEASE NOTE: These are industry standard licensing agreements and copyright terms with respected professional photographers across the board, and they are set in place to protect all parties involved, not hinder my Client(s) from any kind of usage. You, the Client, are my number one priority and we can work together to make a successful photo shoot and protect the images and privacy, if needed. I urge you to discuss any concerns prior to photo shoots if you do not agree with these standards or need further explanation.

FULL DAY RATES PHOTOGRAPHY (PER DAY) | Please note that cost sharing needs to be agreed upon prior to the photoshoot. The photo licensing only extends to parties involved, I ask you do not share images with magazines, publications, outside vendors or galleries without written permission first. Thank you for your understanding. Please refer to #1 for more information on client participation and involvement.

THIS IS FOR A FULL DAY SHOOT (per day hired). Please note: I only photograph one home/project per day, and in most cases only shoot full days, not half days. Once a date is agreed upon, you will need to pay the booking deposit within 3 business days to lock in your desired your shoot day(s), if not paid, these dates could be given away. A full day is from 9 am to 5pm with a lunch hour and small breaks. Anything over will be billed at $250 per hour (this includes edited images - .jpegs - after our shoot). Client receives up to 50 edited images for a full day and we are only allotted so many styled "set-ups" that will be discussed beforehand. Please realize some photoshoots might need to be two days, billed overtime or less shots/setups might be need to taken, due to time restrain, but I will always prioritize, in order of your importance.

• $2100 for one (1) company licensing images / $2100 one client
• $2800 or two (2) parties sharing & licensing images / $1400 split equally
• $3600 for three (3) parties sharing & licensing images / $1200 split equally
• $4000 for four (4) parties sharing & licensing images / $1000 split equally
• $4500 for five (5) parties sharing & licensing images / $900 split equally

Example of full day cost sharing 5 parties - $4,500 for an interiors photoshoot | Designer, Architect, Builder, Tile Company, Cabinetry company >> Split $900 equally. Images will not be released to any party until paid in full. Each party needs to digitally sign agreement. Anyone requesting images after photoshoot will need to contact me directly for image licensing. Please note I need everyone's involvement prior to photoshoot taking place.

FULL DAY RATES PHOTOGRAPHY (PER DAY) | The photo licensing only extends to parties involved with photoshoot. Thank you for your understanding. A few notes:

• Styling services are not included in photography rate, which will be billed separately.
• Drone Still Shots are available, however a separate quote will be given, if needed.
• Dusk or Sunrise shots are additional and would need to be scheduled accordingly.
• Headshots on set will be billed extra, an estimate will be provided upon request.
• Travel is billed as reimbursement to include airfare/mileage, hotel, car rental and travel days.
• Extensive editing or photoshopping might require an additional fee.

What is Included? Included is photographer’s time and creative talent, post-production, artistically edited images, and a link to images and an easy downloadable gallery via Dropbox. All photography includes edited color-corrected images for your professional use (see usage on Item #4). Clients receive edited digital files of color corrected, high-resolution .jpegs to use for their promotional, marketing and advertising needs as they see fit, with the exception of magazine publication and stock photography. Please see notes below about print usage, copyright and licensing terms, print releases. No RAW files will be given.

A Note on Post-Editing: The Photographer may utilize software tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Adobe Bridge and other digital tools, to support post-production editing tasks such as culling, exposure correction, noise reduction, color correction, or removal of outlets, vents or small touch-ups. However, The Photographer retains full creative control and ownership over the final selections and edited deliverables. The capabilities of editing images is creatively up to photographer and some requests might not be able to met, or extensive editing charges will be billed accordingly.

1. Cooperation, Input and Involvement The Client(s) and all parties involved sharing/using images shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer in obtaining the desired photographs, including but not limited to specifying persons, objects, styling and/or scenes to be photographed; taking time to style, pose, light for photographs at the Photographer’s direction; providing a point person to guide the Photographer to desired persons and/or scenes; pre-shoot consultations, location walk throughs and shot lists, etc. Photographer is not responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance, lack of time or cooperation.

1A. Client acknowledges that Jessie Preza will be the only professional photographer on set while hired for photoshoot, with the exception of a videographer that is arranged ahead of time. Behind the scene "phone pics" are always allowed and encouraged.

2. Final payment is due for delivery of digital files before any images are given to Client(s) plus additional time/expenses, including anything that was purchased for your shoot on your behalf, if applicable. Styling services are additional and must be discussed prior to any shoot.

3. Digital files shall be delivered to the Client via Dropbox Link gallery, or similar, within 14 business days after the Photo Shoot date. Unless something arises, you will be informed ahead of your shoot if your images might take a little longer, due to travel, and total client workload. It is the client's responsibly to download images and I strongly encourage you make a backup copy of files. Jessie Preza is not responsible for lost images after 30 days of image delivery.

4. Usage and Permissions. With the exception of publishing or third party usage, The Client(s) may use the images (without further consent, compensation or permission from Photographer) for your own professional use including: all social media platforms, websites, brochures, industry competitions, business cards, billboards, advertisements, blogs and other marketing materials. I do request photo credit, and I can assure you I extend the same courtesies to all parties/vendors involved when sharing on social media platforms and of course, published or printed work. There are exception that further compensation would be put into place: Please See #5, #6, #10

4A. Artificial Intelligence/ AI. With the quick rise and unpredictability of AI, please know there is to be no manipulation or recreation of images should be used by Artificial Intelligence (AI). The Client hereby agrees not to utilize any final images or deliverables created by the Photographer—in whole or in part—for the development, training, refinement, assessment, or sustenance of any artificial intelligence or machine learning systems. This encompasses, without limitation, the generation of visual content, the creation of synthetic derivative media, or further manipulation to the final images provided to the Client. This restriction shall remain in effect indefinitely, and any breach thereof shall constitute a material violation of this agreement. This is to protect all of us.

5. Photo Release, Publication, Magazines and Licensing Agreements. Written permission from Photographer, Client, any property owners, and models must be obtained prior to any of the images being published in magazines, periodicals, and other publications (print or digital) number 4 withstanding. The publication shall provide the Photographer and Client with a written outline of the intended image usage, and term(s) of use. I will sometimes pitch/submit to help get my clients published. This is a courtesy I extend to my clients who are serious about getting published, and although I can't guarantee getting published, I'd like to extend that same courtesy to you, being my client, if you wish to take that route and we feel it's a good fit. While I can't submit all projects and this is left up to my discretion to pitch, Client is allowed to take routes as they see fit to submit to any publication or contact. If projects get featured, publication must ask for my written permission to proceed with publications. This is set in place to protect us all against infringement, theft, proper crediting for all parties involved.

6. Copyright Unless further discussed, prior to photoshoots, Jessie Preza, the photographer, retains the copyright to all images and files and if any of my photos are published anywhere, print, web or media, I require a photo credit. If the images are published for any magazine, blog, either print or digital then further payment for use of licensing photography is required (this will be paid by the magazine or publication to Jessie Preza, not by my client, for usage or licensing of copyrighted material). This is standard practice in the photography and publishing industry. This also extends to companies reaching out to you via Instagram and social media to share the photos. I URGE you to please read all of the fine print when you agree to sharing by replying "YES" to a simple hashtag.

7. Privacy, Authorization and Sharing. Unless otherwise noted before your shoot happens, Jessie Preza retains all the rights to use photography for my own advertising and marketing services on our websites, ads and social media to showcase on my portfolio. However, I am very mindful of you and your clients’ privacy, so if there is a project you or the homeowners do not wish to share, please let me know ahead of our shoot and I will fully honor your requests (including privacy requests, using names, location or not sharing at all).

7A. Property/Location Authorization. In addition to privacy above, Client recognizes that all photoshoots that take place have already been cleared and granted by all proper authorization from homeowners, tenants and/or property owners and we have full access to home or project we are photographing. This is the clients' responsibility to get any required access, permissions and all approved requests prior to any photoshoot taking place. This extends to Jessie Preza, assistants and stylist involved in production for photoshoots.

7B. For the Homeowners. While we realize we are in someone’s private home, we politely ask homeowners, their children and animals are not present (if possible) at the shoot since this will be a working environment, their is a lot of equipment, props and moving parts while on set and it helps greatly for the day to move quicker. I also politely request that any work such as lawn care, house keeping or pool services are done beforehand and not during the time of the photoshoot. Thank you in advance! This will be helpful for the most successful photoshoot.

8. Rescheduling Photoshoots. If the photo shoot cannot take place due to inclement weather, (Covid-19) sickness or emergency circumstances, the Photographer will make every reasonable effort to reschedule to a convenient date for the Client and Photographer. I usually ask the project is fully installed before you book your shoot, due to the supply-chain issue on clients' end, projects not completing on time. Please note that Client could incur a $250 no show/cancelation fee, since I am booked several weeks in advance and cannot give away this date to someone else. I ask we are all respectful of each others time and busy schedules.

9. Canceling Photoshoots. If the Client chooses to cancel the photo shoot after this agreement is executed, a cancellation fee of 50% of the Total Estimated Fee will be charged, plus all non-refundable travel expenses and deposit will not be reimbursed.

10. Stock Photography and Third Party Licensing. Unless otherwise noted or discussed prior to photo shoots, photography CANNOT be sold or used for stock photography, AI or third party licensing under any circumstances or used for monetization to sell products without written permission from Photographer and Client(s).

11.  Insurance, W9 and Payment. As info, I do have business insurance and a Certificate of Insurance for Liability for Jessie Preza/Photo & Style, LLC through Hiscox and Brightway Insurance. Upon request, I will send you a current Florida Sales Tax Resale, W9 and my company bills through QuickBooks. There is no fee for checks or ACH, however a 3% merchant fee will be added to any credit card. Make checks payable to Photo & Style, LLC. Thank you for cooperation.

How to Credit for Print + Social Media:

Please give credit immediately following the text of your post (not in the comments, and before any hashtags or URL(s) and include a direct link to the account or website listed below. Jessie will also tag and mention her Clients/Vendors on her social media accounts. Please advise her of how you wish to be credited, along with any sources, talent and other vendors involved, so we can keep the integrity of the photo shoot and talent credited.

Let’s look out for each other! You are my client, and your best interest, including proper tagging and mentions is a priority to me. If the photo(s) are shared/reposted on social media platforms, especially on Instagram, all parties must be asked directly and credited properly prior to sharing to see intent and usage, especially if they are selling something from their website or social platforms. If you see that any photo is not credited properly, please let me know by a call or direct message so we can try to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. Thank you.
